In August 2015, I had reached my highest weight ever. I have had a never ending battle with my weight since I was a teenager. I've tried to lose weight and to become healthy many times, but nothing ever stuck with me. Being constantly out of breath and unable to keep up with my 2 kids, I knew I needed to do something, but I didn't know what.

About 1 week after my 36th birthday, I saw an ad on Facebook for Lift's 6-Week Transformation Challenge. I thought it might be too good to be true, but I called Silas and he answered all my questions with ease.

About four years ago, I had a serious bicycle accident. Without my bike, I was not exercising and the weight started to increase. A year and a half ago, I joined another gym and eventually purchased several training sessions. Unfortunately, the trainers left for other endeavors and I was shunted from trainer to trainer.

After a year, I didn't feel much better. I researched and with recommendations from some friends, I contacted Silas at Lift Fitness.
