Semi-Private Personal Training
Looking for added motivation, and support?
Why not workout with a close friend or family member? Semi-Private Personal Training is designed for close friends, work colleges, or family members who may have similar goals, or simply want to work with a personal trainer together. Semi-Private training differs from group training in that each client is provided with an individualized program that you perform while being monitored by one of our expert Personal Trainers. Clients in a semi-private group are limited to the same 3-5 people, which gives our trainers the time to devote individual attention to each participant. This method is efficient, effective and structured to meet your goals.
Pre & Post Rehabilitation
Lift Personal Fitness offers Pre and Post Rehab Training and Corrective Exercise Training that is specifically designed for people who are in recovery, have limited mobility, or are in a lot of pain. We will work hand-in-hand with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors or Medical Doctors.Whatever your current level of pain, mobility, injury, or physical condition - we will work together to design a solution that is best for you.
At Lift we offer Individual and Group Nutrition Sessions with experienced Nutritionists to help you get on the right track with your nutrition. Because each person is a unique individual, there is not one nutrition plan that will work for everyone. Age, height, weight and gender are just a few factors that determine your nutrient needs. Other personal aspects such as physical activity, special needs, family health history and present health conditions require further specialization. Our Nutritionists take all of these things into consideration and are able to create a personalized plan that aligns with your specific health needs and goals.
