The time and effort put into every training session is true to our mission of delivering superior results in a professional manner.

Everyone has unique needs, wants, and goals when it comes to his or her fitness. At Lift we design personalized workouts to help clients achieve the results they are looking for. Everyone who joins Lift receives an initial Health Questionnaire, Body Consultation, and Fitness Assessment prior to Training. This is the essential first step in developing a personalized fitness plan that will address the specific needs, wants and goals of anyone we work with.

Pre & Post Rehabilitation

Lift Personal Fitness offers Pre and Post Rehab Training and Corrective Exercise Training that is specifically designed for people who are in recovery, have limited mobility, or are in a lot of pain. We will work hand-in-hand with Physical Therapists, Chiropractors or Medical Doctors. Whatever your current level of pain, mobility, injury, or physical condition - we will work together to design a solution that is best for you.
